Welcome to Kisetsu, Reiki & Meditation School, a school of Reiki, meditation, and mindfulness born in Barcelona with the fundamental purpose of sharing the transformative teachings of these disciplines in a simple and accessible way for everyone. We are dedicated to caring for every detail, both in the environment and in our practices, to create an enriching experience.
We offer training, courses, retreats, therapies, and workshops in different modalities: recorded classes, in-person sessions, and streaming. Our commitment is to adapt to current needs, making Reiki, meditation, and mindfulness teachings accessible to everyone, whether in Spanish, Catalan, or English.
Values and Objectives
Kisetsu, Reiki & Meditation School was founded with the conviction of principles that, while may seem idealistic, are essential to us: teaching with honesty, seeking simplicity, and promoting kindness. We believe in the transformative power of small gestures and acts of care, as wisely expressed by Leo Buscaglia:
“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”
Our Mission
“Men have not only set up society to live but to live happily.” – Aristotle

Our inspiration
The name of our school, Kisetsu (seasons in Japanese), is a tribute to the importance of nature and the ability to adapt to changes on the spiritual path. It also reflects one of the most beautiful and well-known statements of Eastern wisdom:
Matsuo Basho
