Reiki Level 2 opens a new stage in your practice: one of greater depth and sensitivity, with new possibilities for applying Reiki.
In this Reiki Level 2 course (Okuden), you will discover three of the four Reiki symbols and learn how to integrate them into treatments, self-treatments and everyday life. We will explore practices such as distant Reiki, supporting the transformation of habits, harmonising the energy of physical spaces, and working with experiences from the past.
We will also deepen our understanding of byosen: the sensations perceived in the hands during a treatment, which help us recognise where Reiki is needed and how long to remain in each area.

Okuden means “inner teaching” or “deep teaching”. It is the second level in the study of Reiki and offers an opportunity to mature your practice, develop greater sensitivity, and discover new ways of relating to energy.
This intensive course is intended for those who have completed Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) and wish to continue progressing in their training.
Over the course of the weekend, you will discover three of the four Reiki symbols and explore their meaning and application. These symbols allow us to broaden the practice and work in different ways: offering Reiki beyond physical distance, supporting processes of change, harmonising the energy of a space, or bringing attention to experiences from the past that still need to be acknowledged.
An important part of the course will be devoted to byosen. During a treatment, the hands may perceive different sensations—warmth, cold, pulsation, tingling or density—that help guide the practice. Learning to recognise these signals allows us to offer Reiki with greater presence, sensitivity and confidence.
We will also practise Reiki treatments, self-treatments and meditation, and you will receive a new Reiju—Initiation—corresponding to the Okuden level.
Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive Reiki Level 2 manual and an accredited Okuden certificate.
The group will be limited to a maximum of twelve participants, allowing for attentive, personal teaching that respects each individual’s process.
